Our Grass Fed All Natural Beef is priced based on hanging weight, which is the weight of the whole carcass after harvest, typically averaging 800 pounds. Please note that butcher fees are not included in the price.
Whole Beef includes approximately 460-480 lbs of Rib Eye Steaks, T-bone Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Round Steaks, Roasts and Ground Beef.
Half Beef includes approximately 230-243 lbs of Rib Eye Steaks, T-bone Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Round Steaks, Roasts, and Ground Beef.
Quarter Beef includes approximately 115 lbs of Rib Eye Steaks, T-bone Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Round Steaks, Roasts, and Ground Beef.
Our Grass Fed All Natural Lamb is priced based on market value. The hanging weight, which is the weight of the whole carcass after harvest, typically averages 60 pounds. Please note that butcher fees are not included in the price.
When purchasing a whole lamb, you can choose your cuts and specify how you would like it to be prepared. We typically arrange a butcher date and location for your convenience. Please note that the price includes the animal itself, but butcher fees are not included.
